This is my second and final flat plan for my front cover, which has slight differences to the original one. By this point I had decided upon the title of my magazine as 'Brain Wave' as it is a clever name, which can easily be related to school life. I tried to enforce a trend so that the main article heading would be slanted like the title itself. Certain features I decided to keep from the first flat plan including the use of the box-out, bottom strip to try and attract more readers. I feel very confident that this flat plan conforms to some of the magazine codes and conventions and would be effective in targeting the proper audience. I am feeling happy with the flat plans that I have done for this magazine.
